Sam Irwin, author of Louisiana Crawfish: A Succulent History of the Cajun Crustacean, will be one of the judges of the South Louisiana Crawfish Boil, Craft & Car Show.
“I like to eat good crawfish, and now that I have written the history of Louisiana’s crawfish business, I get to do cool things like judging crawfish boiling contests,” Irwin said. “I hope to see all of my friends out at the show.”
